We now make and sell aluminum adapters for the "K40" laser cutter/engraver as well as the bigger 50W-100W versions and the ULS Laser VLS/PLS Platform

These adapters are for using the Cloudray compound lens as shown below.

We do not sell the compound lens, it is available on Amazon, Cloudray.com or other online shopping places. You will only get the adapter to allow this compound head to be mounted to your laser.

We cannot test every adapter to ensure 100% fitment as we cannot stock and sell the compound nozzles and the heads shown below, at this time. We have tried to make any adjustments to compensate for any fitment issues but your adapter still may have a snug/loose fit onto your head style. We will not be held liable for any damages that may occur while installing or using our adapter on your laser. This adapter is made to fit the stock K40 laser head as shown below. (Due to varying tolerances on china made machines this adapter may seem loose fitting but it just needs to be snugly tightened, do not overtighten as you may strip out the threads)

This adapter is made to fit the K40 head from Light Object - This adapter is machined to fit well on this head as the tolerances used to manufacture the head appear to be better than the stock head.

50W - 100W Versions

We have a stock length adapter available for these machines that measures 2-1/2 in. long. Stock tubes may be longer than this. As said above for the "K40" adapters, we try to make these fit as best as we can as we cannot have:

Every available machine at our disposal to measure & test adapters.
We do not stock the compound lens adapter to test fit our adapters to and sell a complete adapter to you at this time.

It is best for you to measure your current head tube on your laser to make sure these adapters will fit. We have at our facility the 50W Blue & White machine, so the following images are pictures of the stock head tube and the dimensions of this tube. Your tube will need to match these dimensions except for the overall length of the tube in order to use these adapter tubes. It is recommended that you keep your stock tube/lens configuration and have the adapter tube from us so it will accommodate switching over easily by swapping out the tube assembly. (Custom tubes will be priced accordingly depending on any changes required, use the 'Contact Us' link at the top of the page so we can discuss your needs)

ULS Compound Head Adapter

We now have the adapter kit available for the ULS Laser VLS/PLS Platforms.

ULS Laser Head — ULS Laser Stock Head - This style head should be the same on the VLS/PLS platforms. The M-300 machine was used to make the adapter kit.

The kit includes 1 - Adapter Tube, 1 - Height Gauge and a 4-40 Screw for way less than the HPDFO lens from ULS and be able to do the same thing as the HPDFO lens. We have seen the HPDFO kit going for $850 to $995.00 on E-Bay. We do not know what it is direct from ULS but ours will still be cheaper than them and cheaper than a stock replacement focusing lens.

This kit is simple to install and will come with instructions on how to install this adapter kit onto your machine.

These images were not 100% with the correct speeds and power. They were a quick test of the adapter and lens setup and the actual items quality is a lot better than what is shown in the images above. The text in the far right image, the smallest one is 0.021 inches tall and the largest is 0.103 inches tall.
